About Valarie Beadle

Valarie Beadle (CA DRE 01182222) is a experienced Realtor and Loan Officer currently with Connect Realty, based in Calaveras County, California. 

She began her career in real estate on a dare, developing restoration plans for the historic Hotel Stockton and Fox Theater in Stockton, California. Compiling a team of historical developers, experts in development financing, historic architecture and construction, along with “flag” hoteliers such as Clarion, Doubletree and Ramada, Mrs. Beadle led negotiations with city officials and was one of the top three developers chosen to present the project.

She studied to become a Realtor and began with R.L. Turner Commercial Real Estate in Stockton, California in 1994, moving to Approved Financial & Real Estate (AFR) in 1995 where she learned loan origination, processing and worked in both residential real estate and loans.

In addition to AFR, she worked as the Emergency Interim Director of the San Joaquin County Arts Council (SJCAC), wrote grants for SJCAC and the Children's Museum of Stockton, established an art gallery for SJCAC and promoted local artists and events.  Ms. Beadle is currently on the Board of the Calaveras County Association of Realtors, serving since February 2011, chairing the Technology Committee and serving on the Budget, MLS, Legislative and Personnel Committees, among others.  She was recently elected to a new 3 year term that begins January 2012,

In 2000, she began a website development company, specializing in family friendly content. Dot Net specializes in family friendly websites on a variety of subjects, such as Entertainment, Politics, Sports, Business and Family. With an extensive knowledge of marketing and the internet, she established media clearances and press status with AAMPAS, CMA, Emmys, major networks, media representatives and publicists. During this time she also managed several actors online representation and established their websites – Amber Tamblyn (http://www.amtam.com); Chad Brannon (2000–2003) (http://www.chadbrannon.net); Gildart Jackson (http://www.gildartjackson.com); Lisa Cerasoli (http://www.lisacerasoli.com). She has also assisted promotion of and served as a consultant for online marketing efforts for films by Melora Hardin, books by Amber Tamblyn and Lisa Cerasoli and other media events.
